Looking for a triathlon camp? 

Whether you are a relative beginner to triathlon and want to improve and learn more, or you have a race coming up in the summer, or later in the year, then join this 2 day training camp. 

Learn about the TriSutto training methodologies which have produced multiple World Champions, Olympic medalists and Age Group podiums. 

The camp will include:

· An introduction to the Trisutto coaching principles and methodologies

· Pool and sea swims

· Cycling 

· Running

· Transition training

· Nutrition advice

· Brick Session

All abilities will be catered for with sessions adjusted for each athlete based on experience and levels of fitness.

Camp cost:

Coached athletes: AED 500

Non-coached athletes: AED 600

AED 475/575 per night single/double occupancy, full board basis.
