No removal of handlebar / TT Bars on most bikes, Just wheels and pedals*
The Triathlon Aero Easyfit is the latest addition to the Bike box Alan Range. The Easyfit is the biggest bike box available anywhere, so it should be no surprise that almost all Triathlon and Road bikes fit without removing the handle bars, with plenty of space for wet suits, shoes and kit.
Box will come with a UAE flag sticker.

(A) If measurement is exceeded, reduce reach of TT Aero bars or remove rear mech/ derailleur or both.
(B) If measurement is exceeded, lower seat post, remove seat clamp (saddle) or seat post.
(C) If measurement is exceeded, reduce the reach of the TT Aero bars.
(D) If measurement is exceeded, remove rear mech/ derailleur.
(E) All deep dish wheels fit, compatible with solid disc wheels, mountain bike wheels, tubeless tyres and can fit 3 wheels and disc brake wheels.
(F) Please check maximum width
(G) If measurement is exceeded, chainset or chainwheel can be removed.
The Easyfit is also designed for larger ENDURO Mountain Bikes, Gravel and Cyclocross bikes, plus some types of Touring bikes*
If you are 5 foot 11” (180cm) or less, with a road or Triathlon bike, it’s generally just wheels and pedals off!
Riders over 5 foot 11” (180cm) with a Road or Triathlon bike, may also have to remove the rear Derailleur or lower the seat post, or a combination of both, 10 to 20 mintues packing time. Riders with a long reach may have to shorten the TT bars (usually 4 small Allen key screws)
Riders over 6 foot 3” (190cm) using large and extra large TT bikes may have to reduce the reach of the TT bars, lower or remove seat post and rear mech. In rare occasions the chain set may need removing, please check the (G) measurement on your bike.
* For all Mountain bikes, you will need to remove the handlebars and forks.
*Some Touring Bikes may fit (providing that mud guards and luggage racks are removed) and the bike is of standard road bike configuration, with 27 inch wheels. If in doubt please contact us.

WARRANTY
7 Year Warranty.
The warranty covers faulty parts and faulty manufacturing for 7 years for personal use.
Exceptions include: Castor wheel tyres (unless reported on initial delivery) is not covered under warranty this is just wear and tear. Castor wheel chassis are covered provided all other relevant conditions are complied with. Negligence by the airlines or other third parties. It is always good practice to check the box and contents for signs of damage on receipt from the airline or courier. Any damage should be reported immediately to the appropriate authorities so that a claim can be made against their negligence. GPRS tracking unit - only comes with a one year warranty. Original receipt must be provided for warranty claims. The 7 year warranty is for non-commercial use of the Bike Box. Approved hire companies receive a 2 year warranty. Individuals lending their box to friends/associates will be deemed to be using the box commercially and not for the purpose it was intended. Any such claims will be covered on the 2 year commercial warranty. However Bike Box Alan, do invite any purchaser of the bike box to contact us, even if damage has occurred outside our warranty, as any claims will always be looked upon favourably. The warranty is not transferable to other parties.

A really useful thing for any triathlete
It's a very cool and convenient bike box. It's very easy to load and unload the bike, with minimal action. It is also a very comfortable case during travel, in the car, and at the airport.

Great but not perfect for larger bikes.
The box itself is fantastic, it does not allow for such easy fit for the larger XL bike, still needed to remove the derailleur and drop the aero bars back. The top of the box has a design flaw in that you can get your hand into the box because their is a small area that is just an overlap of the two sections (not a big issue unless someone puts something into the box without your knowledge. Enough of the cons, overall the box is very easy to use, keeps the bike safe and protected (if i had a smaller bike it would be perfect) im glad i bought it. Perfect for international travel to compete.

The Triathlon Aero Easyfit is a game changer! Absolutely amazing piece of kit, an investment definitely worth making if you are travelling to train and race with your bike. Super strong and lightweight and incredibly easy to fit your TT bike inside! My TT bike was safe and sound - gave me huge piece of mind which is absolutely priceless before a race.

I'm thrilled with my Easy Fit Bike Box! An absolute game-changer for any triathlete looking to race internationally. What I love the most is how it minimizes the need for bike modifications, especially with aero bars – everything fits perfectly. Plus, there's ample room for my aero helmet, bottles and tri shoes.
