Suitable for triathletes planning to race Salalah 70.3 or Dubai T100.

The camp will include:

·  An introduction to  the Trisutto coaching principles and methodologies

·  Pool and sea swims

·  Event distance cycle

·  Running

·  Transition training

·  Nutrition advice

·  Short triathlon

Sessions adjusted for each athlete based on experience and levels of fitness.

Camp cost:

AED 600

AED 475/575 per night single/double occupancy, full board basis.
