Welcome to the Bani Awf Trail Run, a 20KM trail running experience set in the crown jewel of Oman’s Hajar Mountains. The Wadi Bani Awf 20K is a technical mountain run designed to test both your physical engine and your mental grit. You won't just be running; you’ll be navigating a landscape that has remained unchanged for centuries

About the Event:

The Terrain: Expect a relentless mix of loose scree, ancient donkey paths, and "boulder-choked" wadi floors.

The Ascent: With approximately 1,100m of vertical gain, the course features the a strong climb toward the village of Balad Sayt, offering panoramic views of emerald plantations tucked into limestone amphitheaters.

The Vibe: We prioritize community and conservation. This is a Leave No Trace event—we respect the wadi as much as we enjoy it.
