ULTRA 5K Powered by Muscat Road Runners

THE EVENT FORMAT

There are three different options for participants:
1. The 11 x 5K - You will run a 5K race 11 times, with each race starting on the hour for 11 straight hours.

2. The 8 x 5K - This is similar, but you will run 8 races, one per hour for 8 hours.

3. The 5 x 5K - In this version, you will run 5 races, one per hour for 5 hours.

No matter which option you choose, the goal is to have the fastest combined-time across all your 5K races. In between each race, you will have access to sports massages, food, drinks, and time to rest and recover.All finishers will receive a special ULTRA-5K medal and t-shirt. The event is open to runners 18 and older.
