Your target is the cluster of the 3 centremost dramatic rock islands floating just offshore, known locally as the Sawadi Islands.1 The largest, Jazirat Jabal Al Awd, with its solitary watchtower perched on top, dominates the view and will overlook your 4km/8km Wild Swim.
