THE ONE CYCLE RACE SERIES kicks off with a cycle race on the Al Qudra Cycle Track on the 30th November 2024 with a 50km and 80km distance to choose from. All categories will have separate starts. Cycling teams will start together, open male start together, open female start together, etc. for all categories including juniors. Cyclists will race for points in each race of the series to decide who is the series champions and the coveted RED leaders cycling jersey will be given to the series leader after each race. The series will include two road races, a TT, Criterium on a short track, one more cycling track race and a time challenge where cyclists try to complete the most amount of laps in a 3, 6, 12 or 24 hour period. Teams who enter the series must register up to 8 riders for their team from which any 6 riders may compete in the teams category. The other team riders not racing with their team can enter the open categories.
