The RAK Tri 113 + 76 is back on the UAE Triathlon calendar and offers all those of you wanting to do a longer distance triathlon the opportunity to do so.
RAK Tri 113 = 1.9km swim, 90km bike, 21.1km run = 113km (70.3 miles)
RAK Tri 76 = 1.9km swim, 60km bike, 14.1km run = 76km (47.5 miles)
Hosted by Al Marjan Island's 5-star DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa, the swim sets off from their beach in the calm waters of the Arabian Gulf, bike on traffic-free palmed tree-lined roads, and finish with a run on the designated running track just meters away from the water’s edge with stunning ocean views!
Only an hour’s drive from Dubai, the course will be flat and fast. Relay teams of 2 or 3 athletes are welcome to participate.
