Indoor Mall Run – A Fun Fitness Experience in a Cool Environment!
The Indoor Mall Run is an innovative sports initiative designed to encourage community members to adopt a healthy and active lifestyle, while overcoming climate challenges such as summer heat.
These events are typically held inside major shopping malls, such as the Mall of the Emirates, where safe and designated running tracks are set up within the mall corridors during specific hours, often in the early morning.
