Join us on Saturday afternoon January 4 for the Individual Time Trial (ITT)  commencing at 4pm on the Hudayriyat Cycle Track  offering the opportunity for both men and women to race solo against the clock.

Participants can choose between racing on a time trial bike or a road bike. Adult competitors will race a 2 laps of 13.75 km with a TT bike or 1 lap of 13.75km using a road bike, while juniors (male and female) will complete a shorter 6.8 km course. The event follows the format of a traditional time trial, often referred to as "the race of truth," where each rider races individually, without the assistance of teammates or drafting. Starting intervals will be set between 15-30 seconds to ensure each rider competes alone. The fastest rider to complete the course is declared the winner, with success depending solely on their strength, strategy, and endurance.
