Get ready for the first Open Water Swim & Aquathlon this year at Mamsha, Al Saadiyat on February 2nd. There are swim and aquathlon distances for all levels and hopefully the dolphins will come and swim with us.

Open Water Swim Options:

• 2 Mile Swim: 3200m Open Water Swim
• 1 Mile Swim: 1600m Open Water Swim
• 1/2 Mile Swim: 800m Open Water Swim
• 1/4 Mile Swim: 400m Open Water Swim
• Kids Splash & Dash: 200m Open Water Swim (not timed)

Aquathlon Options:

• 2 Mile Aquathlon: 3200m Swim & 3200m Run
• 1 Mile Aquathlon: 1600m Swim & 1600m Run
• 1/2 Mile 'The Half' Aquathlon: 800m Swim & 800m Run
• 4 & 8 Aquathlon: 400m Swim & 400m Run
