Sara Lise Harris, a vibrant coach in her 50s, embraces a holistic approach to training that focuses on enhancing ability, agility, and strength. Her mission is to elevate the performance, body relationships, and well-being of menopausal women through her dedicated coaching.

A former Freediving and Scuba Diving Instructor since 2001, she has sought new challenges over the past decade, becoming an Ironman® Coach and Oceanman Open Water Swimming Coach in her quest for ultimate empowerment and strength in her athletic life. She is also a certified British Cycling Coach (Level 2 DSU Road Cycling) and a certified NESTA kettlebell coach. She has engaged in various movements and programmes to strengthen her own menopausal body, enabling her to continue competing in endurance sports.
