A former Royal Marines Commando, Strength and Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Ian brings a personalized and disciplined approach to fitness. Ian combines screening, performance testing and movement pattern analysis to create each client a bespoke program, mentoring and motivating them to maximize performance results and reduce the risk of injury.
