I have been running for over 25 years, from 5 km to Marathon (5 km 16.58, 10 km 35.25, Half Marathon 77.41). I am a Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor. I have learnt about avoiding and recovering from Injuries and I’m qualified to teach the correct Running Technique and design Training Plans for all levels of Runners. I can also help with strength and conditioning for Swimmers, Cyclists and Triathletes.
