We're Hiring: Retail & Customer Service Assistant - Triathlon Specialist

Are you passionate about triathlon and endurance sport?

Do you swim, bike, run - and genuinely understand the mindset of a triathlete?

Sported.ae is a specialist triathlon store supporting Dubai’s growing endurance community. We’re looking for a motivated, knowledgeable team member who can confidently engage with athletes and provide expert product guidance.

🔹 What You’ll Do

* Deliver exceptional in-store customer experience

* Advise on wetsuits, tri suits, cycling gear & nutrition and anything else a triathlete may need

* Support wetsuit fittings and size guidance

* Process sales and manage POS transactions

* Maintain high visual merchandising standards

* Assist with stock management and online order fulfilment

* Contribute to community engagement and in-store initiatives

🔹 What We’re Looking For

* Genuine affinity with triathlon (essential)

* Personal participation in swimming, cycling, running or triathlon preferred

* Retail or customer service experience 

* Experience with POS systems and simple website management

* Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required; Arabic, or Russian a plus)

* Energetic, proactive, team-oriented mindset

* Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends
