Welcome to the next generation of competitive swimwear.

We started with the cutting edge, hydrophobic fabrics and advanced seam welding that made the original neroTX our most successful suit and enhanced the design to produce a more comfortable, faster competition suit than ever before.

The neroTX2’s updated design and paneling improves comfort. A new, wider silicone strip on the waistline is more comfortable and keeps the suit securely in place. Crossbody taping extending from the lower back around to the sides of the legs creates compressive zones to engage key muscles groups and produce more power with less effort. Comfortable silicone grippers around the leg opening keep the suit locked in place.

This item is available only on back order! Takes 2-3 weeks for delivery.

SIZE CHART

HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE TO GET INTO MY NERO JAMMERS?

It should take around 5-10 minutes to get into your Nero jammers the first time you put it on. With practice you can cut the time down, but it should never be easy to put on.

Taking your time, and working with care are essential to getting the suit on correctly and comfortably.

HOW TO PUT ON A NERO TECH SUIT

Expect about 5 minutes time to properly get into your Nero Jammer. Make sure to take your time, working the suit up slowly. Pull on seams or double layered panels whenever possible to limit damage to the performance fabric. Most importantly, watch your fingernails! Keep nails trimmed and use the pads of your fingers to grip and pull material to avoid any tears.

Make sure you are fully dry before starting to put on your tech suit.

  1. Step into the suit, one leg at a time and work the suit up your legs. Make sure to flip up the leg grippers to help the suit slide up your legs.
  2. Work the suit up your legs, using your finger pads to work the material up carefully, keeping both sides even.
  3. Work the suit up over your hips and into the crotch, ensuring that the fit is correct before continuing.
  4. Place your hand down the rear of the suit with your palm facing away from your body. Push out and pull up to help get the suit into proper position around your hips.
  5. Flip the grippers down and pull down to remove any excess fabric bunches.
  6. Now you’re ready to race!

HOW LONG SHOULD MY NERO LAST?

There’s no exact answer to how long a suit should last, because it depends on how frequently you wear it and how well it’s looked after.

From the moment you put it in the water, chlorine will start the aging process of the suit. Chlorine is extremely harsh on the highly technical fabric and seam bonding. With use, you’ll see two things happen. First, the chlorine causes the glue on the bonded seams to breakdown, making them susceptible to tears. Second, you’ll notice stretch degradation, which is a combination of the pool chemicals breaking down the compressive nature of the fabric, and time / use stretching out the suit. To limit breakdown of your suit and prolong it’s life we recommend rinsing in fresh, cold water and drying as soon as possible after use.

Please remember that once it’s been immersed in chlorinated water, degradation will start. However, a well cared forNero should last you three to six months. In the event of any defect in the product we offer a 6-week warranty period as standard.

CARING FOR YOUR NERO

Caring for your Nero is simple and can help prolong the life of your suit.

As soon as possible after your race, rinse your Nero in cold, fresh water. Letting it soak a few minutes can help release more chlorine from the suit fibers.

Once rinsed, dry your suit laying flat, or hanging from the legs. (Avoid hanging from the straps as it encourages water and any chlorine to collect in the crotch and can weaken the bonding there).

Never, ever use the dryer to dry your suit!

NERO TECH SUIT RACE DAY TIPS

  • Put your suit on about half an hour before you race
  • Take your time, the fabrics are lightweight & delicate to make them FAST, so treat them with care.
  • Always have a spare suit, just in case! You may need a dry suit for finals!
  • Don’t wear your race suit for warm ups & swim downs.
  • Always rinse your suit in cold, fresh water and don’t leave it bunched in your swim bag!
