Ex-Demo / Rental Wetsuit Condition & Warranty

This wetsuit has been previously used as a demonstration and/or rental suit and is being sold as a used product at a reduced price.

As a result of its prior use, the wetsuit may show signs of wear, including (but not limited to) cosmetic marks, nicks, abrasions, repairs, fading, or other age- and use-related deterioration. While each wetsuit has been inspected and is considered suitable for its intended use at the time of sale, its remaining lifespan cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

By purchasing an ex-demo/rental wetsuit, the buyer acknowledges and accepts that normal wear associated with previous use may result in reduced durability compared with a new wetsuit.

These wetsuits are sold without warranty against future wear, deterioration, tearing, seam separation, neoprene degradation, or other failures arising from normal use after purchase. Returns, exchanges, or claims will not be accepted for issues resulting from the wetsuit's prior use or subsequent wear and tear.

This does not affect any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
