How to fuel your race? A rough guide for medium to longer distance races is 60-90g of carbs per hour for optimum performance. Up to you how you are going to mix and match our drink mixes, gels, bars and flavors to get the optimum intake of fuel!
The products on this page can equally be used for long training sessions where your natural stores won’t last you, or sprints where you want to push yourself for maximum effort.
Gels have 22g of carbs and the Juice bar 27g of slow release carb.
Our gels are either truly isotonic, or very close to isotonic which means that they have the same concentration levels as your bodily fluids (the same osmotic pressure). Our gels are therefor very quick and easy to digest and absorb and don’t require you to wash them down with a drink and they wont hang around in your stomach for long.
