Open Water Swimming with your family and friends where you can participate by swimming in a range of swim distances in the prestine waters of SOUL BEACH at Mamsha on Saadiyat Island.

Competition distances are 2 miles (3200m), 1 mile (1600m), 800m, 400m and especially for the little ones we are offering the 200m splash and dash.

There are swim distances for all levels and hopefully the dolphins will come and swim with us.

There is a discount offered if you wish to compete in more than 2 distances – please register and pay for the 3,200 and 1,600 distances and then email Karyn and she’ll enter you in a 3rd and/or 4th distance for free.

AQUATHLON OPTIONS

We have the option of AQUATHLON with a run off the swim along the promenade of Mamsha beach between the beach and cafes.

6:45am 2 Mile Aquathlon, being a 2 mile swim (3200m) followed by a 2mile run (3200m)

7:25am 1 Mile Aquathlon, being a 1 mile swim (1600m) and a 1 mile run (1600m)

8:00am 1/2 Mile Aquathlon, being a 1/2 mile swim (800m) and 1/2 mile run (800m)

08:30am Aquathlon 4 and 8, being a 1/4 mile (400m) and 1/2 mile run (800m)

CUT OFF TIME for the 3200m (2 mile) swim – any swimmer failing to complete the first lap of the course inside 20 minutes will be stopped from starting lap 2 and then within the hour for completing lap 3 to be eligible to start lap 4. This timing is in place for the safety of all participants.

Ultra X 110 Morocco is a two stage ultra marathon that takes place in and around the city of Ouarzazate (Pronounced – Wuh-zuh-zet).

Nicknamed the door of the desert, Ouarzazate is positioned in south-central Morocco, south of the High Atlas Mountains. This course will take you on a sensory journey, past Kasbahs, through traditional fortified villages, lush oasises and over rocky desert whilst being supported by the wonderful local population.

Taking part in early November, the climate conditions for the race should be temperate, with lows of  8°C in the evening and highs around 25°C during the day.

Ultra X 50 Morocco (50km race) takes place on the second day (Sunday) of Ultra X 110 Morocco.

Welcome to the MTB ARABIA Gravity, an adrenaline-fueled mountain bike race that will put your skills and courage to the ultimate test! Organized by Peloton, this thrilling event is set to take place on the 5th of November 2023. Get ready to embark on an unforgettable journey through challenging terrain and breathtaking landscapes.

The race will kick off promptly at 7:00 am, as riders from near and far gather at the starting line. The excitement in the air is palpable as participants prepare to conquer the demanding 1.1-kilometer course. You’ll be faced with steep descents, technical sections, and obstacles that will push you to your limits, requiring both skill and bravery to overcome.

Before the final run, there will be a seeding run at 7:30 am. This run will help determine the starting order for the main event, adding an extra layer of strategy and excitement to the race. Take this opportunity to familiarize yourself with the course, fine-tune your approach, and gauge your competition.

At 8:30 am, it’s time for the final run. The atmosphere becomes electric as riders launch themselves down the course, striving for the fastest time and the exhilaration of conquering the challenges that lie ahead. Push your limits, navigate the twists and turns with precision, and soak up the adrenaline rush as you race towards the finish line.

THE RACE – The seeding run will start at 7:30am and will begin with Women category followed by Elite, Master, Expert then Hardtail and Downhill categories. – The final run will start approximately at 9:30am and will begin with Women category followed by Elite, Master, Expert then Hardtail and Downhill categories. – The seeding and final runs must use a single course/single run format. – A One (1) minute must be left between rider race starts. – Riders will start from slowest to fastest. – The decision to grant a re-run is solely at the discretion of the Race Director. – Riders will begin at the direction of the Starter – Riders who missed his/her start time can proceed and begin at the direction of the Starter provided that it is still the same category the riders are in. The Falcon Daman Series, a Tuesday Night 6 race series with prize money awarded ACROSS THE VARIOUS AGE GROUPS  to the Series Winners in March 2024.

The format for the race series will see riders being allocated a start group and the on the day results being the rider first across the line.

The Cadet races of 10km and 20km will start separately with awarding based on first across the line.

Hand Cyclists will compete over 30km on the 10km inner loop course.

A unique, non-competitive cycle challenge takes you east from the coastal Sharjah lagoons, through the stunning Hajar Mountains across to the east coast of Kalba and then north all the way to Fujairah and your final destination, Le Meridien Al Aqah. (We are still working on the approvals for the short ride into Fujairah, however, until this is received, the ride will finish as per 2023 Spring edition at the Khorfakkan viewpoint and all riders will be transported with their bike to the hotel).

The route stretches 165km with approx 1300m of elevation along smooth tarmac roads, winding through dunes, over mountain climbs and along the beautiful east coast highway to the finish where you can enjoy the fine sandy beaches of Fujairah.

Khobar (Arabic: ٱلْخُبَر, romanized: al-Khobar) is a city and governorate in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, situated on the coast of the Arabian Gulf. Khobar is part of the ‘Triplet Cities’ area, or Dammam metropolitan area along with Dammam and Dhahran, forming the residential core of the region.

Khobar experienced rapid growth during and after the discovery of oil in Saudi Arabia as it served as the port for the oil exports of Saudi Aramco in the company’s early days. Traditionally, Khobar has also been a city of shopkeepers and merchants, and today has several shopping malls in and around it.

The city is the newest in the Dammam metropolitan area, facing the Arabian Gulf with its 16-km long Corniche Road, which runs parallel to the city’s eastern coast. Khobar is also considered a resort town as its southern suburbs of the city face the Half Moon Bay and host several beaches and beach resorts. By night, the quiet city turns into a bustling one, with some of the largest malls in the kingdom, such as the Mall of Dhahran and the al-Rashid Mall. The city is also home to the historic Suwaiket Street, officially known as the Prince Bandar ibn Abdulaziz Street, which is home to some of the oldest markets in the city.

In Dubai, hundreds will gather at 08:00pm in Dubai design District D3 to Run in the Dark. Each entry includes a flashing armband and finisher’s medal. The Bike Abu Dhabi Gran Fondo is back for another edition!
A challenging 154Km race awaits the participants starting again in the capital city of Abu Dhabi and
going all the way to the Garden City of Al Ain. Participants will be able to compete in overall and age
categories for a total prize pool of AED 2,000,000.
The 2023 edition will see participants start in different speed groups. The first group is dedicated to elite
men, women and elite teams. The remaining participants will be split based on their average speed and
set off accordingly. Participants are free to select from the speed group which best suits their abilities.
*Anti-doping regulations and professional rider restrictions will apply. Riders entering the elite category
will have to present their local or international license to the organizers.

Special Notes:
Elite teams & elite riders
-Riders in the elite category will have to present their local or international license, obtained from their local federation to the organizers in order to be allowed to start in the first wave. The license number will have to be entered as part of the registration process and a license check will be conducted the day prior to the race. If no license is presented participants will be placed in the next speed group
-Professional riders
Athletes who have been registered as Professionals part of a UCI WorldTour team, UCI Women WorldTour team or UCI Proteam, including the two years following their last membership as professional, are admitted to participate exclusively for promotional purposes. Authorization of the sports club to which they belong needs to be shown to the jury.
They will not be able to participate in any way in the ranking or be eligible for prize money.
-Anti-doping
In case of being tested positive during the anti-doping controls carried out at the event, or in case of being tested positive in the 6 (six) months following it, the organization reserves the right to ask for the compensation from the participant Requesting an amount of AED 200,000.00 to cover the damages to the image of the event.
If the participant belongs to a sport association, the latter will be jointly obliged to pay the sanction. The sum of money will be used to promote youth sport practice.

Based on the Kind approval by His Royal Highness and under supervision of Ministry of Sport and Saudi Arabian Athletic Federation and upon acknowledgment of Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS), Green Line Co. shall organize the events of Al Khobar International Half Marathon in its second edition on November 18, 2023 G, and the city of Khobar was chosen for that, due to its significant geographical location and also for uniqueness in its huge infrastructure that qualifies it to conduct such important international events.

The Himam Trail Run Race is back for its 2023 edition, offering runners the chance to push their limits and test their endurance on some of the most breathtaking trails in Oman and across the Middle East. Building on the success of last year’s race, organizers have revealed three distances that suit all levels of ability, including the classic and challenging Al Hajar Ultra 110 KM. This race kicks off on 23 November, starting in the picturesque town of Al Hamra. Runners will embark on a journey through the rugged beauty of Jabal Akhdar before descending into Birkat Al Mouz. Along the way, they will navigate rocky paths, climb steep inclines, and take in the stunning views of the surrounding landscape, ultimately gaining a total of 5700 meters of elevation.

Trail runners can also take on the technical and scenic 55 KM or 20 KM races, both starting on 24 November in Birkat Al Mouz. No matter which distance they choose, participants can expect a truly unforgettable experience as they navigate rocky paths, climb steep inclines, and take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The 20KM distance is a completely new trail designed to give runners scenic views of authentic Omani landscapes.

The three races have been included in the acclaimed UTMB Index, which means that runners finishing any of the races will have a recognized ranking in the UTMB Index, allowing them to see their global stance. Finishers will also enjoy getting points from the International Trail Running Association (ITRA), an added benefit that helps runners apply for ITRA qualifying races.

The biggest marathon hosted in the heart of Kuwait. Hiking & Trail Running Event

Phase #4: Sharja, Jebel Al Rabi Trail (Challenge 4/5)

Under the title “Tomorrow’s ride… A Race for the Future,” and as part of the “Dubai Fitness Challenge” initiatives, Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University and Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation, in coordination with the Dubai Sports Council, is organizing the second edition of the “Tomorrow Ride” cycling event in Dubai.

The event will take place on Saturday, November 25, 2022, from 6:15 AM to 10:30 AM.

This event’s primary objective is to promote the significance of sports, physical well-being, and a healthy way of life, while also fostering community involvement in sports activities. The “Tomorrow’s Ride” commences at the university campus and winds its way through Academic City, offering a blend of entertainment activities, food stalls, and a celebration of the UAE National Day.

To ensure that the “Tomorrow’s Ride” accommodates both seasoned and novice cyclists, two distinct routes have been arranged:

1. A 4 km route tailored for families and children, commencing from HBMSU and looping around the university. This flat course is suitable for cyclists of all age groups and skill levels.

2. A 14km route designed for more experienced cyclists, spanning Academic City and offering serene vistas of golden sands and a stunning sunrise. The Annual Zayed Charity Run this year will be held under the generous patronage of H.H Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nayhan, Ruler’s Representative in Al Dafra region on November 25th, 2023. The annual event first launched in 2001 in Abu Dhabi. It is a tribute to the founding father of the nation, the late Shaikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan (May god rest his soul)

Join us on this exhilarating journey through the mall, where you’ll have the chance to win valuable prizes provided by Honor, Luluemon, Fitness First, RX coffee, medals, and trophies. The event features two categories: an 800m run for our youngest participants, aged 0-7 and 7-10, covering one lap, and a 2.5 km run for those aged 10-99, completing three laps.

Welcome back to the UAE MTB Challenge, presented by Oakley and Garmin. The upcoming race of the season is set to take place near Hafia Park in Kalba.

Explore the exhilarating course, officially approved by the UCI, and the same location where the Arab MTB Championships took place in 2022. Brace yourself for a challenging route featuring single tracks and a mix of natural and artificial obstacles. The picturesque scenery promises a delightful ride in the heart of nature.

The UAE Cycling Federation Commissaires will oversee the race, with Mr. Vatche serving as the Race Director. Endurance Sports Services and its professional team will handle the timing system, bibs, and transponders. Look out for the well-marked course indicated by prominent yellow signs. Volunteers and marshals will be on hand to guide you and ensure the safety of every rider.

The lap measures approximately 4 km, and a designated feeding and technical zone will be available. Unlike previous races, we won’t enforce the 80% rule, ensuring that all overlapping riders receive a ranking. Ample parking is available, so be sure to arrive early.

The race kicks off at 07:30 am, with staggered start waves beginning with EMTB, followed by XCO one minute later. As a reminder, slower riders must yield to faster riders when requested.

We are proud to present to you the 4 Edition of the Fujairah Triathlon in association with the UAE Triathlon Federation The Fujairah Triathlon is an incredibly scenic triathlon, which be hosted in beautiful Fujairah City.

Swim in the ocean’s calm waters, bike on traffic-free roads, and finish with a run on the designated running track just meters away from the water’s edge of the Ocean views! Only a 90-minute drive from Dubai, the course will be flat and smooth, ideal for everyone from beginner to advanced levels. Distances include Olympic, Sprint, Super Sprint, and Junior Super Sprint distances for all ages and abilities. Additionally, mix relay teams of 2 or 3 athletes are welcome to participate.
