Welcome to the first-ever UAE Running Relays Championship — a fast, tactical, team-driven race inspired by classic UK and US road relays.

Teams of four runners take on three high-energy relays across the morning:

The Standard (4 × 3.2km), The Challenge (3.2km / 5km / 5km / 3.2km), and The Ghantoot Mile (4 × 1.7km). Short, sharp, and strategic — every leg counts.

The changeover zone is loud, fast, and electric, where races are won and momentum swings.
