Race Format
1. Individual Time Trial (ITT)Each rider races individually against the clock. The fastest total time down the track determines the winner. Riders will start at fixed intervals (usually 60 seconds apart).
2. Race Runs Seeding Run: Determines start order for the main race. Final Run: Official timed race run — fastest time wins. Riders must complete both runs (seeding run and final run) to be officially ranked.
