Get ready for a high-energy duathlon experience at ADNEC, hosted as part of Abu Dhabi Summer Sports. In partnership with the Abu Dhabi Sports Council and MyWhoosh, this multi-day competition will combine short-distance running and cycling inside a fully air-conditioned venue, offering an exciting challenge for athletes of all levels.

Race Format:
Run 1 | 1km (ADSS indoor track)
Bike | 5km (on a hybrid bike provided by MyWhoosh)
Run 2 | 500m (ADSS indoor track)
Event Schedule
Qualifiers:
Tuesday, 12 August 2025 - 5 heats from 5:00pm onwards (every 30 minutes)
Wednesday, 13 August 2025 - 5 heats from 5:00pm onwards (every 30 minutes)
Semifinals & Finals:
Tuesday, 19 August 2025 - Starting from 6:00pm (every 30 minutes)
