What's inside?

  • Maltodextrin + . This is purely carbohydrates (maltodextrin and sticky rice starch) with no added sweetners, no added sugars and no electrolytes. Each scoop of this powder contains 7.6g of pure carbs.
  • Hydration tabels. These easy to use effervescent tablets make an electrolyte drink for those occasions when you want to hydrate without any carbohydrates. One tube contains 20 tabs of 4g.

Mix them two together or consumer separately to fit your needs.

Typically for sustained muscular activity in race mode you will need to consume approx. 60-90 grams of carbohydrates per hour which equates to one isotonic gel every 20 -30 minutes (or a combination of gels and energy drink).
