Great fuel for the endurance athlete

Nice taste and fuel that provides energy when you need it. Easy on the gut. Preparing for an Ultra marathon so look forward to seeing how it can fuel me once I hit the >5 hour runs.

Thank you Nicky, the big endurance mix is a great way of getting a lot of carbohydrates in your bottle, or flask. you can get 60-80 grams of carbs in a 500 ml flask! Also contains electrolytes. Good luck with the training ,Rianca

Excellent endurance fuel

Prior to using the big endurance mix, I was fueling my longer rides with a mix that was taxing on the stomach. This big endurance mix tastes good and fuels well without any digestion issues. I find two 500ml bottles perfect for 70.3 distance rides of 90km.
