First of all the service from Sported.ae was first class again! I ordered the starter pack in the morning, and it was delivered the very same day in the evening! You can't get better than that!
The pack contained a variety of flavoured gels (some caffeinated) flapjack bars, and some hydration tablets.
I've used all on a couple of my training long runs and already I'm a convert. The flapjack bar, ate as part of breakfast ahead of my run, certainly gave me enough carbs to start the run strong. And the gels certainly did the trick! Easy to open, easy to digest, great taste and none of this sticky nonsense contained in other gels! They certainly made the 2 hour run much more comfortable, and by the end I still had bags of energy. The hydration tablets taken after the run, were quick to dissolve and great tasting!
I'll be coming back for more, just need to decide which flavour to go with!
