Speed-optimized triathlon suit for Ironman.
The suit that Sam Laidlow wore when he set the fastest bikesplit ever at the Ironman World Championship 2022 in Hawaii. The extreme racesuit for elite triathletes focused on even more speed and absolute top results. The TEMPO! suit is developed in a constructive mix of time trial experience and collaboration with some of the world’s best triathletes. Therefore, the suit has particularly good speed characteristics when it comes to the cycling part.
Cycling: The goal has been solely to achieve more speed. So we have focused on utilizing and tuning the aerodynamics in new ways in the development of the upper part’s uniquely smooth material, so that even more speed is generated from the watts that are pedaled.
Running: The material on the suit’s legs is woven to achieve true 4-way stretch and a sports compression of 10-12 mmHg pressure, which delays fatigue in the muscles. For the sake of the aerodynamic properties, the special side pockets on the thighs have been replaced by 2 inside pockets developed in close collaboration with the former double winner of IM Hawaii, Patrick Lange. The nutrition pockets are located on the inside of the stomach panel without hindering your movement pattern.
Swimming: The flexible upper part provides great freedom of movement and the water-repellent legs improve your swimming. And when you get out of the water, your suit dries quickly. The composition of materials in the racesuit, together with the elastic zipper, provides very high formability, which means that the suit is not felt, and the resistance during movements is at an absolute minimum.
The weight is 200g in size medium.
