So why not spend 50AED on a set of elastic laces? These allow you to get your trainers on as fast as possible but also hold your feet in place when running.
Elasticated speed laces are specifically good for shorter distances (sprint-Olympic), whereas the non-elasticated speed laces are more suitable for longer distances, please see our Greeper laces for longer distances (olympic-full). With elastic speed laces you are a few seconds quicker to get into your shoes, but they are less comfortable to run with as they put more pressure on the instep of the foot (top of the foot).
