Description
The Premium Plus is a brand-new addition to the Bike Box Alan range, it boasts an extra 15% interior volume than the Premium model.
The handlebars, wheels and pedals must be removed. For other components see the will my bike fit tab below.
Whilst it is primarily designed for gravel bikes it will also accommodate road bikes up to 63cm, road bikes with tubeless tires up to 45mm, TT bikes (if handlebars can be removed) and some cross country 29er mountain bikes.

WILL MY BIKE FIT?
Measurement is provided as a general guide.
(A) If the measurement is exceeded after removing handlebar stem / TT bars, try flipping the bike over or remove rear mech (derailleur).
(B) If the measurement is exceeded, lower seat, remove seat post or remove saddle. Anyone 6 foot 4” (1.93m) or over may have to remove the chain set or chain rings.
(C) 88cm is the maximum size for a bike with seat left in position, so riders 5 foot 10” (1.78m) or less can leave the saddle in place.
(D) If measurement is exceeded, remove rear mech (derailleur) or forks in worst case scenario.
(E) The maximum width of Road bike/ TT handlebars is 53cm.

The maximum width of Mountain bike handlebars is 80cm.
(F) If measurement is exceeded, you can either take the tyres off or lay the wheels on top of the intermediate foam layer.

WARRANTY
7 Year Warranty.
The warranty covers faulty parts and faulty manufacturing for 7 years for personal use.
Exceptions include: Castor wheel tyres (unless reported on initial delivery) is not covered under warranty this is just wear and tear. Castor wheel chassis are covered provided all other relevant conditions are complied with. Negligence by the airlines or other third parties. It is always good practice to check the box and contents for signs of damage on receipt from the airline or courier. Any damage should be reported immediately to the appropriate authorities so that a claim can be made against their negligence. GPRS tracking unit - only comes with a one year warranty. Original receipt must be provided for warranty claims. The 7 year warranty is for non-commercial use of the Bike Box. Approved hire companies receive a 2 year warranty. Individuals lending their box to friends/associates will be deemed to be using the box commercially and not for the purpose it was intended. Any such claims will be covered on the 2 year commercial warranty. However Bike Box Alan, do invite any purchaser of the bike box to contact us, even if damage has occurred outside our warranty, as any claims will always be looked upon favourably. The warranty is not transferable to other parties.
