The Spinneys Run is a community run taking place in several communities around the UAE. It is a fantastic way to get your friends and family running and a great first step into the journey of achieving an active lifestyle. The aim of the run is engage individuals from all ages, shapes and sizes and allows everyone to experience running in a competitive yet social environment.
You can walk, jog or run distances covering between 2.5 – 5km. Strollers are also more than welcome as remember the goal is to get the whole family included on the journey to a healthier lifestyle!
