Taking place throughout April there are two challenges.

• 1k a Day everyday throughout April
• 5,000 steps a day, throughout April – for Parkinson’s Disease sufferers

When does it take place?

Event date: Starting on 1st April and running through until 30th April. Please note that if you register after the 1st you can still participate and upload the steps that you have already completed.
