Fit To Run is a strength and conditioning programme designed specifically for runners. This programme leaves no stone unturned when it comes to improving your running performance. The programme includes personalised strength sessions which target the muscle groups and movement patterns involved in running. Alongside running coaching and programming to get you in peak condition for your target race/event.

I have over 9 years experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and have coached many people to achieve their goals. In 2018 I was awarded REPS personal trainer of the year for the UAE. My background is in sports science and I have always been passionate about sports performance. 3 years ago, I moved to Dubai and started focusing on running- I have been obsessed with it ever since.  I developed my Fit To Run programme as I saw that a significant number of runners weren’t training as effectively as they could be and I love the buzz of training people for performance goals. My programmes take a complete approach to running performance so you become a stronger runner.

I am extremely passionate about running and my objective is to help as many athletes as I can to achieve this.
